The 2024 aGPCR workshop hosted by Antony Boucard is quickly approaching!
This exciting conference will take place from October 23-25th. We’ll see you in Mexico City!

New Insights
Member Felix Engel’s lab characterized ADGRG6 expression in diseased kidneys in mice, rats, and humans. PMID: 38786096
Member Erwin Van Meir’s lab identified two shorter ADGRB1 isoforms with alternative promoters, resulting in receptors with most of their NTF absent. PMID: 38941066
Member Yimin Zou’s lab found that ADGRC2 and ADGRC3 can mediate synapse restoration induced by low-doses of ketamine. PMID: 38858386
Member Daniel Matúš et al. show that ADGRL1 is present in both excitatory and inhibitory synapses and that by itself it is not essential for excitatory synaptic transmission but is required for some inhibitory synaptic connections. PMID: 38684366
ADGRL2 lies upstream of PECAM1 and is required for flow-dependent angiogenesis and artery remodeling. PMID: 38886581
Registration Instructions
1. To register for the workshop, you must first become a member of the Dr. GPCR Ecosystem.
2. To sign up for the Dr. GPCR Ecosystem, click the button in the top right corner of the webpage titled “Log In/Sign Up”
3. You will be brought to a webpage that looks like this. Click “Sign Up”.
4. You will arrive at a form that looks like this. Enter your information and be sure to write “AGPCR24 Workshop” in one of the fields, then click Submit.
5. You will recieve a confirmation code sent to your email and then you will arrive at a screen with these instructions.
6. You will recieve an email that looks like this.
7. You will receive an email confirming your membership that looks like this. You will automatically receive one-year Premium Membership***.
8. Now you will need to register for the Workshop. In the email confirming your membership, select the button titled “SAVE YOUR SPOT NOW!”
9. You can also register, after joining the Dr. GPCR Ecosystem, by selecting the red button corresponding to your role. These buttons are at the bottom of this webpage.
10. Log in with your credentials. Registration will look like this.
11. You will receive email confirmation of your Workshop registration that looks like this. This is your registration ticket. Your credit card will show a charge for “Registration for Adhesion GPCR Workshop 2024.”
12. ***You must cancel your Dr. GPCR Premium Membership within one year or you will be automatically charged for another year of benefits. To cancel your automatic renewal, there is a button at the bottom of your registration ticket that looks like this. Follow the link to immediately cancel your renewal. You will still have one year of premium benefits from the day you register for the Workshop.
